American’s voice their opinion without researching, or understanding their idea and beliefs they passionately speak about. Ii is simply bizarre since access to discover, learn and educate is available via the use of the internet.

Using Google as my search engine, I read and understood the issues concerning the immigration law and I have a better understanding of the debate as it pertains to the removal of immigrants illegally arriving at the US boarder. The folioing sites were used to document my findings for this posting.

Here is a brief idea of the process;

Once a one person arrives at the US Boarder and boarder patrol officers take the person into custody, the person has to be identified and documented so if they are caught again the criminal process can be conducted for violating the immigration law of illegal entry. The key word here is criminal process after being processed if caught again.

The primary mission of the Border Patrol is to secure the borders of the United States by upholding and enforcing the law, and work closely with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in effort to criminally prosecute repeat offenders.

American’s idea of secure in their minds is that we send people back or turn them away without a hearing to determine if they have violated any previous illegal entry.

If more people protesting understood the word and history of “DUE PROCESS” their would be less rhetoric and protest.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation’s borders at and between the official ports of entry. Custom and Border Patrol is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.

The scenario of one person caught illegally entering at the boarder is simple for boarder patrol officers however, if you multiply the numbers to a thousand, It is unimaginable for most Americans to understand the logistics involved in managing the manpower needed to deal with the volume of people yet alone locating housing, and providing food for those detained.

Now each person will be process as an individual. Not a mass group, like a lot of Americans want to believe. This is the logistical process that takes the most time to process the volumes of people.

To get an idea of this, I believe it would be similar to three cooks starting at 9:00 am to prepare a holiday dinner for five-hundred relatives, to eat at 3:00 pm, with only a one hour period to eat and seventy-five of the guest have varying food allergies.

The process of documenting, consist of photos, fingerprints, personal history, short medical exam to insure no contagions are among those being held.

Now after documenting you have to hold the person to verify the information that is given and where do you hold that person or persons in this case.

This is where Americans ignorance come to the front of the stupid line.

Processing massive amounts of people takes time and where they are warehoused to wait out the process and the precautions used to insure their safety from ignorant American is a job within itself.

Remember each immigrant is a person, a human individual, that if they stood in front of you your hatred and words of ignorance would not be so loud, since the overwhelming majority are children below the age of 21.

With the billions of dollars of aid the US provides to people around the world and Middle-Eastern Countries, like the refugees in Syria. It is appalling when the world sees how we treat, children who come seeking their parents, a better life, and to escape a horrible living condition.

Immigrant relatives in the US, working minimal wage jobs, living in conditions that most American would not consider, saved the monies to pay someone to bring their child to them knowing the journey would be by walking thousands of miles, through conditions that their child could die and many do. This is done with the chance to see a family member, or love one and feel safe.

I wish Americans would simply read the laws that they have voted their politicians who represent their district and not listen to news services / drama entertainers who get people talking without the knowledge of the laws we as American are supposed to live by.
