In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Take Me to the Moon.”
How far would you go for someone you love? How far would you want someone else to go for you?
When I read the prompt, “Take Me to the Moon,” I immediately thought of the song, sung by Frank Sinatra.
The question, asked, with love as the foundation, how far, I or someone would go for love? I quickly thought, this is a no brainer, as I would give my life for family, friends and some strangers. Well, at least some.
Most people are willing to sacrifice their lives for family members, and friends but, what about a stranger? How much love, compassion and concern would we show towards a stranger?
As a Florida beach bum, I show love, compassion, and concern for family, friends, strangers, and all animals everyday, by wearing clothing.
My fellow beach bums do our duty to God and country by clothing ourselves, because if we did not, you will want to be taken to the moon to avoid the sight. 🙂
