Over the past eleven days, my desire to creatively produce content for this blog, while engrossed with my NaNoWriMo 50,000 word challenge has become an either or episode in my life.
To be specific, the novels research has consumed my time while anxiety and shame filled my soul for failing to walk two miles or take my Yoga classes.
These decisions of either or has become a reoccurring theme for the past eleven days. I’m currently in an either or decision of should I hike or write.
Base on my past eleven days, writing will win the battle of anxiety.
