“You’er a Winner”

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “You’re a Winner!.”

You’ve just won $1 billion dollars in the local lottery. You do not have to pay tax on your winnings. How will you spend the money?

If all those psychics know the winning lottery numbers why are they still working

Everyone dreams of winning the lottery of any amount, yet, winning this enormous sum of money, most lotteries organizations will parade the winners before the media. If I’m given the option, I will avoid the press conference,

My first call after confirming the numbers are correct, will be a financial manager. I then go online, purchase a one way plane ticket to an unknown destination and dole out money to family, friends and charities and never provide my location and phone number.

But, since this is creative writing, I will give a percentage to all who follow this blog.

  5. A very sound plan! I don’t play the lottery, but if I did, I’d follow suit.
Maybe psychics only see for other people. But a very good question.

    1. If a psychic wins the lottery or predict the odds in Las Vegas, they will be a wealthy person. But, will a psychic be allowed to play the lottery or bet on anything in Las Vegas again?

  6. Anonymity is always best when it come to winning the lottery. Do you realize how many friends and family members would come crawling out of the woodwork you never knew you had? Like me, for instance.
